I'm co-teaching a class called "Computational Textiles" this Spring with @tkttran and looking for all the correspondences that title suggests. Like Steve Beck's "Video Weavings."
This is a basic simulation of herringbone weave inspired by Beck's hardware implementation. The warp threads are white, weft threads are green. I'm turning warp off, weft off, weft on, both on again.

Maybe we'll weave frames for animation!
