Preparing images for a thermal printer.

I started working with a thermal printer before the fire. These things only mark the paper with one color, so I have been experimenting with different halftone algorithms to prepare images. This one smooths out the one color image by distributing the contrast to neighboring pixels.

Now I just need some time to hack a printer together. ;)
